| Danladi Designs jewelry is completely handcrafted of all
natural materials in unique combinations of stones, textures, and
colors. Many pieces have strong ethnic identity, incorporating beads
from far corners of the world, such as African amber and trade beads,
Chinese turquoise, antique Chinese silver, buffalo horn, and many
varieties of semi-precious stones. Others anticipate current fashion
trends and are suitable for business and evening wear. |
| Lou Frederick and Laura MacNaughton have been working
together since 1982, exhibiting at major craft shows throughout the
eastern United States, including the invitational American Artisans
Festival in Nashville, TN, The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival,
the Westport Creative Art Festival, as well as many shows in the New
York area. They also sell to a select group of fine crafts galleries and
museum shops, including the Rhode Island School of Design Museum Shop
and the Morristown (NJ) Museum. |
| Incorporating influences
and ideas from travel, art, and the visual excitement of the city, we
have created a unique collection of jewelry for discriminating
collectors. |
